El acto anual del Colegio Oficial de Economistas de Las Palmas es un evento institucional que reúne a la comunidad colegial con el objetivo de reconocer y poner en valor la trayectoria profesional de sus miembros.
Durante la jornada se distingue a los nuevos colegiados, que se incorporan al ejercicio de la profesión, y a aquellos que cumplen 25 años de colegiación, como muestra de reconocimiento a su compromiso y vinculación con el Colegio.
El evento se estructura en dos partes: una primera con una ponencia centrada en el desarrollo profesional de los economistas, seguida por la entrega de distinciones. En la segunda parte, durante la cena anual, se hace entrega de las distinciones a los Economistas de Honor, una figura con la que el Colegio reconoce a profesionales que han contribuido de manera destacada a la economía, la formación, la empresa o al propio ámbito colegial.
El acto también cuenta con la participación de autoridades y representantes de instituciones públicas y privadas, y se completa con un vídeo resumen y un reportaje fotográfico. Se trata de un encuentro que refuerza los lazos entre profesionales y subraya el papel del economista en el desarrollo económico y social de la provincia.
